Suggestion for Framing
Use the Double Matting to enhance the accent colors
Accent colors bring out the subtle changes in the painting.
Same with the frame you choose. It should enchance the art, not overwhelm it. A thin frame is often better than a thick one. Colors will harmonize best if you pick a color that is already in the painting.
Also, the larger the mat the more the eye focuses on the art, so adding to the size is better than subtracting.
This is view from my window. It looks down over the rolling hills into a town called Monkton, England. We only stayed a few days, but it was heavenly.
