~ARTIST TALE: Each individual painting was created in one sitting and are companion studies to the whole, portraying each subject in a minimalist style. Only two colors and one brush were used; the "shades" of white were formed by thinning or thickening the paint prior to application. I allowed the character of the brush to dictate the lines and subsequent space made with each touch to the canvas.
~READY TO HANG (hanging wire in place on the back of each piece.) Sides painted deep brown.
~SIGNED on the front of each piece; title of each piece/series title plus signature are on the back.
