This Fine Art encaustic is matted with an overall measurement of 30" x 25". The exposed area through the matting is 18" x 14" and reveals a young female dressed in white, however the entire piece has an over-all golden harmony.
There are also a couple of leaves, which for me identify cycles or the passing of time.
The mat measurement is 5 1/2" top and sides with a bottom mat of 6". Bottom mat should be larger for visual weight. The outside mat is Edelweiss linen, and the inside mat is rust/brown Walnut.
