Description: Define Language is one of four in the Define Series.
Each individual painting is created on a 12x12 canvas board. Each one started out with watercolors and then collaged definitions of emotion, language, love, and the heart. This series was created specifically for The Language of the Heart Show that I exhibited in at the Planet Earth and Four Directions Gallery. Each piece includes a watercolor wash, collaged definitions, and then had layers of acrylic and latex paint applied. Each one has been sprayed with a clear coat varnish to protect against dust and UV damage. They come framed with a simple black metal frame and hook, ready to hang. All paintings are original and signed by me, the artist! Each one looks great by themselves or as a collection of 2, 3 or 4.
