description: "Homeland Path" is a mixed media on hand dyed archival, acid free watercolor paper. The base coloration is a tonal red/violet that I have chosen to create and use as the rich backdrop for my landscape "Homeland Path".
This is a very loose suggestive piece that allows the paper color to harmonize with the landscape and I have also allowed the dyed color to edge the entire piece. I have also included three square stamps on the left hand side.
Move in closely and get a better look at the paper surface, the wonderful way I was able to manipulate my paper and dye to get rough areas.
This Fine Art piece is not matted or framed allowing the collector limitless possibilities.
The paper size measures 9 1/4" x 15 1/2" . I would crop in slightly when matting. My staple marks from the stretching process are visible on three of the four sides.
