Springtime in the Arizona Desert produces a variety of colors, as the cactus bloom in April and may. Cactus blossoms appear in a wide range of colors, but many of them are the bright mauve color shown in this painting.
This painting ships unframed, but it fits in a standard 16x20 wood frame which can be purchased at a local arts and crafts store or framing shop. The piece will be shipped in a flat, protected cardboard container; and it will include two frame clips to attach the canvas to a purchased wooden frame, as well as an easy hanger.
