This painting is framed in a 3cm dark mohoogany wooden frame and is ready to hang.
This is my favourite piece. This painting depicts a young African girl named Aaliyah. She has an air of nobility about her and her eyes behold both an intense and gentle nature. I was inspired to paint this child by her photograph - her eyes seemed to draw me in. Aaliyah's necklace and earrings are individually beaded onto the canvas with coloured glass beads and her wristbands are painted leather.
This painting is signed and wax-sealed in the bottom left corner.
