Description: Les weaves lovely wall hangings and pillows in the Swedish “rep” style. Very simply stated, “rep” is a traditional rug design usually characterized by a close-set, highly colorful warp bound with alternating thick and thin weft shots. This technique produces the lovely color changes that you see here. Les donates proceeds from the sale of his work to charities serving seniors, children, and families. Pillows measure approximately 12 inches wide by 21 inches long. Each is backed with a blending fabric in a close-woven texture.
