Description: This is a framed giclee print of Philip's Place. The original is an 11"x14" pastel painting of a two-story log cabin. This building is located just one quarter mile down the road from the Country Church location in Stevenson, Alabama. Unlike the old country church building, the cabin still exists. This cabin was built in 1820, relocated and restored in 1979. It was given the name, Philip's Place, in honor of the current owner's son who was accidentally killed at age 15. The history - from the builder to present owner - will come with each order.
