description:
Hand painted by Kamata, this oil painting was inspired with the thought ... "My house and my family are always warm with love, as if God's strength continuously shines upon my life."

Established to present the life work of Aikero Kamata. Japanese painter; Although his family disapproved of his early interest in Western-style art, Aikero left his countryside village early in life to pursue his art training in Tokyo, Japan. A pupil of Antonio Fontanesi, an Italian painter who taught at the Kobu Technical Art School, and then with Kuroda Seiki at the Toyko Bijutsu University of Fine Arts and Music. Aikero finished his studies in the late 1970's. A brilliant and rather eccentric young man, he showed precocious talent exhibited in his work with the Kuroda's prestigious association of Western-style painters.
