Description: Oil on unstretched Canvas
This temple was just 3 minutes walk from the house I had for 2 weeks. I started this picture as soon as I could/ as soon as the blossoms came out, but there's a lot of nice little details in the temple. The pilgrams and priests kept talking to me most of the good daylight hours past. I had to quit when it got so dark that I couldn't see color. I was busy the next day, so I went back to it on the 3rd day, but by then the trees were in full blossom - everything looked different, + I wound up covering up most of what I'd done 2 days previous.
I buy the most light resistent/ fade resistant paints, so this should keep it's quality. All you need to do is fit this in a frame of your choosing, and you can hang it where you like (but perhaps out of direct sunlight). This will ship flat in a sturdy weather-proof envelope.
