Description: This painting combines figurative abstract elements with a realistic nighttime landscape. A small cliff diver is highlighted by the light of a full moon and the usage of iridescent paints. Iridescent paints also highlight many other areas of the painting, for example, the clouds, cliffs, and the face in the clouds. Using paints with reflective qualities adds to the visual depth of the painting, and allows for lighting situations to reflect off of the piece and create highlights from different angles.
A cool color palette of blues, purples, and green combine with the fantasy elements to create the relaxing and dreamlike feel of the piece.
This painting is ready to hang with fully-wrapped staple-free painted edges. It is signed and dated on the front by the original artist, and a varnish coating has been applied to protect it.
