I live along the Front Range of Colorado, right at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. The clouds in the evenings are so huge and colorful, and seem to dwarf the peaks they hang over.

The Crystal River basin in one of my favorite places in Colorado. It is just south of Glenwood Springs and west of Aspen. It empties into the Roaring Fork River, which then becomes part of the Colorado River.
This original painting was done on a gallery-wrapped stretched canvas. The edges are painted black and it is wired in the back and ready to hang right out of the box!
