Description: This triptych on panel uses a variety of acrylic mediums including gold mica flake and micaceous iron oxide. I'm sorry the metallic aspects do not photograph well.
Inspriation for this piece was the historic Colorado gold mines where the hardships endured by the miners were worth it if they found the mother lode.
