Description: An original done in oil, wax and thread. Cotton canvas is stretched onto heavy duty bars and stapled to the back, with hardware included, so it is ready to hang. The dimensions are: 56" x 28" and 1 1/4" deep.
The piece is signed on the back and comes with a letter of Authenticity.
Having a connection to New Orleans, I started painting this piece not long before hurricane Katrina came. Sensitivity for a place runs deeper than we realize.
