Description: Old Town Store is an original rough concept sketch. Artist signed in bottom right hand corner, also the year of creation. This is done in charcoal and colored pencils. I have found that people enjoy this and decided to make them available online. This piece is coated with two coats of varnish for protection. The piece comes framed but can be put into any standard frame and matted if you wish. The frame is just a cheap frame with no glass so I wouldn’t even charge for it. Old Town Store is a sketch done in hopes of someday painting this piece. Considering I have a photograph I could still paint it whether it sells or not. I hope you enjoy this sketch
