| I am a life long lover of art who painted, sketched, and created mixed media sculptures as a youth growing up in the southern and central coasts of California. I moved to New Mexico in 2006. After 30 years of a dormant but not forgotten longing to create art, I picked up the brushes and began painting again. A few cob webs and a reawakening later, here are some of the results. Recently I have moved to Arizona and I am finding my way as an artist I go. I am inspired by the Southwestern desert and by an admiration of Native American culture. My abstracts are an expression of feelings and impulses from the environment. I also collect rocks and "desert driftwood" and have created some pieces with those materials. My passion to create has been rekindled in the hopes of a fun, entertaining, and fulfilling journey.
