I am a life long lover of art who painted, sketched, and created mixed media sculptures as a youth growing up in the southern and central coasts of California. I moved to New Mexico in 2006. After 30 years of a dormant but not forgotten longing to create art, I picked up the brushes and began painting again. A few cob webs and a reawakening later, here are some of the results. After 30 years of a dormant but not forgotten longing to create art, I picked up the brushes and began painting again. A few cob webs and a reawakening later, here are some of the results. I am finding my way as I go, but I am inspired by the New Mexico high desert and an admiration of Native American culture. I also collect rocks, yes just plain old rocks, on my numerous hikes around the desert and mountains and have created some Rock-N-Wood pieces. My passion to create has been rekindled in the hopes of a fun, entertaining, and fulfilling journey. I will be adding more artwork soon. Thank you for looking!
