I am a painter and a jewelrymaker.
First the jewelry:
I have been creating one of a kind art jewelry since the age of 18, carrying on the tradition of making unique little sculptures (that happen to be wearable)...one at a time with great love and fun. For me there is only one way: bring some manifestation of "tangible happiness" into being and then find a home for it.

My one of a kind jewelry incorporates the wonderful hues of patinas on delicious combinations of sterling silver, bronze, brass, and copper. The colors you see are then sealed in with a jewelry lacquer so they will not change. I am always searching for intriguing stones, minerals, artifacts and whatever whimsies present themselves to be merged into my designs, I am best known for my sculptural pins which may also be worn on a bead-set to make a necklace or on a silk cord or chain as a pendant. I make a range of earrings from quiet simple shapes which compliment the texture and hue of the pins and necklaces to more elaborate earrings with beads and stones which are an "event" unto themselves. My perennial best sellers are my heart pins which make a stupendous gift, and be sure to see the new work incorporating art-glass I make myself with kiln and torch. The colors of the dichroics are amazing and compliment the patinas beautifully.
Then the paintings:
My paintings come from the same design sensibilities as my jewelry. I love the spontaneity of acrylics and the joy it brings to have instant gratification in color. [
