Hello to everyone that has ventured into my store, my name is Izzy and I am a 26 year old artist. Hello to everyone that has ventured into my store, my name is Izzy and I am a 26 year old artist. Please excuse my photograph it was one taken 2 years ago for a local magazine as I was mentioned for my work with visual art students at QUT University, I don't have to many pics of myself so I thought why not use this one.

I have always had a real passion for photographic art and painting, it was my work in the fashion industry in the late 1990s that eventually led me to study visual arts and know to become an established local and National artist.This year 3 of my pieces are being entered in to the Red Globe Art Award which is based in Fortitude Valley and which has a first prize all expense paid trip to New York to see the famous Le Custer Art Gallery. As an artist it is hard to make a successful living out of art and Weirdly enough it was a local landscape Architect that saw my work and sponsored my first 2 years out of uni through his company, which enabled me to get established and start saving for a Gallery which hopefully will open in February in Paddington. I am always grateful for the inspiration I found in his work & for that financial kick-start, so this is just a quick snap shot of me and I hope you enjoy looking through my store Kind regards [hide]
