Although I fought my artistic instincts with stints as a receptionist, in retail, a gopher for a bunch of jewelry makers, waitress, caregiver, janitor, I finally landed back in front of a big blank canvas. I believe the years answering phones and carrying plates of oysters and mopping floors inform my art in some way.
