My art often involves nature, but my favorite subjects are my abstract symmetricals, which are inspired by many things, including medieval manuscript illumination, traditional mandalas, and knot-work from around the world. I love the intricate patterns and detail, and the way that the symmetry brings peacefulness to any space. Just drawing them relaxes and soothes. | |
