Patrick L. Harris is a seasoned artisan. He has been working with wood for over twenty-five years. In those twenty-five years it has been his profession--often through practical applications: mainly custom window grilles, screen doors and louvers, mantles, some cabinetry and more. Despite no formal, fine-arts training, he has cultivated a detailed, careful, and unusual eye for the art of carving--the manipulation and harnessing of wood.
Patrick often uses downed trees he finds on his property and the property of family and friends. Some of his creative ventures include boxes, stools, clocks, mirrors, lamps, and plaques--all of which are considerably unorthodox and intriguing. Patrick finds a unity with nature sensing and following the organic shapes and beauty of the wood he crafts.
Micah J. Harris is the budding artist, who has recently fell in love with photography. His work reflects that young curiosity and exploration. With his tools and growing knowledge, Micah captures the world around him often in unexpected, imaginative ways. He finds the common scenes of life as something interesting and intriguing in its often unseen detail.
Together Patrick and Micah comprise a veritable team of artists. [
