Understanding "beeing a painter" began during the time that I was studying at National Boarding School of Liberal Arts, AKA Liceium of Arts,Lithuania, studying under instructors who were still reacting against the "confines" of academia. During my graduate years I've returned to those very large brushes and expansive strokes to block in a painting. This enables me to concentrate on obtaining a sense of expressive
movement in a composition.
1999 annual liceium exhibition (group show ) Vilnius ,Lithuania.
Notable group exhibits include a three person exhibit at Vilnius City Museum in the summer of 2000.
As my studies at the university , royal academy of art London, concluded, I felt an aesthetic restlessness to explore other possibilities such as computer media :3d max ,photoshop cs ,flash macromedia mx, that alow me to create graphic designs for web sites and much more.all of this you can see on my web site www.olegasartgallery.uni.cc
