One of my earliest memories is of drawing a horse and the reactions it got. I drew and painted all through school, then went on to major in art in college. I then did some artwork and graphic layout for printing companies, a marketing department and an advertising agency. Though I became sidetracked and held several other type of jobs, I always painted.

In the last few years I have devoted my time to artwork full time and have been in numerous shows. I have had three solo shows in the last 3 years and at this point I always have my work in some exhibit. I now work primarily in watercolor although I also do acrylic and less often, oil paintings. My subject matter ranges from illustrative with figures to landscapes that are stylistic yet realistic; to atmospheric/organic abstracts. I like to experiment and have been focusing on atmospheric landscapes, especially meteorological, and portraits lately.
My work is in private collections both locally and in several states.
