I grew up on a family farm in Ontario, Canada. As a child I tramped through the fields, hid in big old maple trees and drew and read and dreamed. I've been blessed with a patient husband who continues to surprise and support me. Together with our four kids we have loved and lost the likely assortment of dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, lizards and rodents that come with the territory. For more years than I like to count, I was a non practicing artist As the poets say, the work paid the bills but starved the spirit. With those days behind me, here I am, finally, artist and domestic goddess I just know I was born to be.
