Julie Hutchingson was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She took her first art class after school in the fourth grade and has been hooked ever since. While she often took classes in the cities where she lived, it was in January of 2006 that she decided it was time to honor her God given talent and pursue fine art as a business.
