Though I made biology a career as an adult, doing artwork is still a blast. My work primarily is oil paintings and sketches. Subject matter can vary. Usually its everyday things. The shapes and colors of common objects can be just as interesting as images we usually regard as "awe-inspiring". My work has won awards in several local and state shows.
I started with oils. Lately, however, I have been working with pencil. It's simple. A pencil, a paper and hopefully an imagination.
