Jennifer being a visual person found herself seeing a picture in many things as she walked through life. As a young girl she would squint, frame it with her hands and wish she could capture it.
Her educational background began at SUNY Delhi studying computers for the idea of working but it was not something she found to be her calling, although knowing computers has become important even in arts, hence a web site! Jennifer went back to school and received an associate degree in Communications Media Arts graduating in 1999 from Nassau Community College. Working as an itern for radio and as a production assistant of television series on cable. She also received certificates in photography classes and film from NYU.
The goal of Jennifer’s life and work is to motivate and encourage people to see the beauty our world has to offer. Here experience living overseas in Egypt has allowed her to recognize what wonders are around us locally and far. Jennifer also offers children portraits at customer’s homes, making new mothers and/or kids more comfortable. Another option offered is “destination photography” for those interested in different backdrops such as the beach or a park. Another venture is note cards that incorporate photography with words that motivate life and even smiles.
Currently Jennifer is involved with West End Arts Visual Artists Guild of Long Beach where she is responsible for the organizations gallery space at the LB Community Center. This allows her to share her love of art with the community while showcasing local artists. [
