We believe we are the first and only online gallery selling original art from 3rd party artists, to offer our customers truly FREE returns. Boundless is so confident you'll love your new piece of art, not only will you receive a refund of 100% of the piece price, Boundless will pay the shipping costs, both ways!
How it Works
- Login to your account; mark the order for return*.
- You'll receive a prepaid FedEx label via email within 1-4 business days.
- Re-pack and ship the piece within 10 days.
- You will be refunded 100% of all charges.
Rules & Restrictions
- Domestic (US to US) orders only.
- Original order must have been placed after January 23rd.
- Returns must be marked within 7 days of receiving order.
- Returns must be shipped within 10 days of receiving prepaid label.
Pieces damaged in transit are handled separately from this program**.
* BoundlessGallery.com reserves the right to approve or deny all 'free returns' requests on an individual basis.
