BoundlessGallery.com Introduces Free Returns Program
BoundlessGallery.com’s innovative free returns program is here to stay says company President Luke Terpstra.
“We decided to foot the bill on returns, to see the impact it would have on helping people overcome the fear of buying original art online,” said Terpstra. “After a short period it was obvious that Free Returns were a big hit. Sales jumped and return rates stayed about the same. It is a very small price to pay to help so many people find great art by our great artists.”
For years customers have been apprehensive when it came to buying artwork online. With the free returns program customers are able to have the work in their own home for up to a week after receiving it to be sure the artwork is a good fit.
BoundlessGallery.com is proud to be the first and only original art seller online to offer free returns to their customers.
“We are trying to do good for our customers and artists, even if it means paying for returns. We are aggressively striving to make BoundlessGallery.com the online destination for real art,” said Mr. Terpstra.
Currently the Free Returns program is available for any order shipped within the U.S., if a customer wants to return a piece he or she contacts BoundlessGallery.com and a return shipping label is created. Then the customer only has to affix the label to the package and schedule a FedEx pickup or take the package to a FedEx shipping location
