Q: What does it cost to join BoundlessGallery.com?
A: The cost varies based on the yearly Member Plan you choose. Our Warhol plan is $60 per year with a 10% commission rate, our Picasso plan is $120 per year with a 5% commission rate and our da Vinci plan is $240 with no commission on sales. BoundlessGallery.com does hold a 3% processing fee unrelated to the sales commission.

Q: How can I pay for my Member Plan?
A: BoundlessGallery.com prefers payment made by Visa or Master Card but we can accept payment by PayPal, check or money order. Payments made by any method other than credit card should list your user name and the member plan you wish to purchase.

Q: Is BoundlessGallery.com limited to U.S. artists?
A: No, BoundlessGallery.com is open to artists worldwide. The only requirement is that you be able to ship your artwork to customers almost anywhere in the world.

Q: How does selling on BoundlessGallery.com work?
A: BoundlessGallery.com works essentially like an escrow service. We accept payment for the order immediately then contact the seller with shipping information for the customer. The seller then ships the artwork and provides BoundlessGallery.com with a tracking number. When the artwork is delivered the customer has seven days to notify us of a return. If the artwork is not returned the order is automatically queued for payment. BoundlessGallery.com currently processes all payments to sellers once a week.

Q: How do international orders work?
A: When BoundlessGallery.com receives an international order we contact the artist and provide basic shipping information for the customer. The artist then is able to get a shipping estimate from the company you feel most comfortable using. Then provide us with the shipping cost and we contact the buyer for a final authorization. If the customer authorizes the new shipping charge the order is processed, if the customer declines the higher shipping charge the order is canceled.

Q: How will BoundlessGallery.com pay me?
A: Currently there are two options for payment. BoundlessGallery.com will either send payment through a PayPal eCheck to the address used in your contact information or will send a check to your listed shipping address.

Q: I'm having a hard time uploading my work, what's wrong?
A: Most of the time the problems are due to the size of the image being uploaded. Try resizing your image to a maximum of 600x600 pixels and save it as a .jpg file before trying to upload to BoundlessGallery.com. If that does not correct the problem, please contact us .

Q: Am I allowed to show sold artwork?
A: Yes, there is an option when you are listing new artwork to display the piece as sold. Sold work will appear on your profile page under the "sold" tab but will not appear in search results or when browsing the category sections on BoundlessGallery.com.

Q: Is there a limit to the amount of artwork I can list for sale?
A: No, there are no limits on the amount of work you can list on BoundlessGallery.com.

Q: What is the Artist Showcase?
A: The Artist Showcase is an affordable way to get your artwork in front of the eyes of our customers. In the artist showcase you can choose to have your artwork displayed on the homepage or on category pages. You can also choose to showcase your artist headline on the homepage. Each showcase costs only $1 per day (with a minimum purchase of three days).

Q: What is the Artist Headline?
A: The artist headline is just about anything you want it to be. You have 150 characters to say anything to your customers quickly without rewriting your profile each time. With the Headline Showcase you can display your headline on the BoundlessGallery.com homepage.
