I know we have had this convo before...but the BG links sometimes dont work. About 2 or 3 times a month, someone on MS says the link to BG doesnt work.
And whenever I do mass email marketing with a sale, I get a handful of people who say the link didnt work for them.
I do not understand this. Do we need a special link for IE, FF and Safarie? Three different links??
Or is it some other problem that random people have with the links??
I want to use the site, but this gets frustrating and makes me look bad.
Help!!
Anyone else with link problems??? |

And I wonder how many sales are lost because the link doesnt work and they dont bother to email me and ask for a different link. :( |

Hi Sharon:
I’m not sure if others are having this problem but any way I try to get to the section that has your work, the link doesn’t work. I’ve tried the below you just sent as well as the link you originally sent. I’ve also tried going to the Boundless website and searching for you under artists. Once I click on your name I get a message that the web page cannot be accessed.

Now I have to go resend 1500 emails and send them to Yessy!!!
This is the 3rd time this has happened for me with sales directed to BG. No more!!!

I have just sent those two ladies to Yessy.
HEY OTHER ARTISTS???? You need to have a bunch of people check links to your portfolio on BG to make sure it works!!
Also have them search by artist for your name and see if it works.
IT IS NOT WORKING FOR ME!!!
And I pay BG 3.00 a day~~~~~90.00 a month to advertise on their site (plus my yearly fee) and if people cannot access my portfolio in ANY way.....then I am am totally getting the shaft on BG!! |
