Hey guys....I know it would probably take an act of nature to change this, but when I checked out AOTM today and clicked on her feedback, I immediately thought "Who gave Hilary a Neutral Feedback?"
Then I looked closely to see it was something new you guys have implemented.
Well that yellow stands for NEUTRAL on other sites.
And eBay spent ton of research to determine that neutrals were worse than negatives.
Think traffic lights....Red=stop yellow=caution and green=go
We dont want to caution buyers (that may only glance over the feedback without reading everything). |

I noticed that yesterday on one of mine as well. It used to not be like that, the color is one thing but placing the iconic exclamation mark is quite the eye sore.
As a buyer, if I were to see this it would make me second guess the seller. I hope BG changes this as fast as they implemented it. Good Call Sharon!!! |

I think leaving it white might be the way to go. So it doesnt even catch the eye.
You are right Dave that the exclamation point gives a negative feel. It draws attention to something that doesnt need attention. |

ABSOLUTELY AGrEED WITH YOU GUYS!
I spoke to Nolan about this " NEUTral" review i got , '' without any comments left to explaining WHY!???''
Is this Should be A '' F*?&% NEUTrAL EVIEW FEEDBACK on A SALE's Proceedure when the costumer havnt got back about his 'no explanation- No NEGATIVE''s feedback left ??
For the ''Think traffic lights....Red=stop yellow=caution and green=go'' straight and great proceedure for Feedbacks reviews , Sharon , think no one could not agreed with that 'international' feedback system , right!?
I have 2 'pending ' Exclamation Signs .....(!??)
I hope that is JUST for the new ones waiting to be rEVIEWED'
Because it gives to COSTUMErS a WrONG PECEPTION OF THE MEANING OF THIS SIGN !
CAN AT LEAST THIS COULD CHANGED BACK AS IT WAS ?!!!

Why not just leave that space blank since there's no feedback yet? |

That is my thinking too Momoko. Leave a white (blank) space. That makes the MOST sense. |
