One question though, what happens if an artist doesn't impliment the family filter? What if they forget? Or don't think it is porn? What happens then? |

I sell used items (mainly books) at Amazon.com, and they put payment directly to my bank account. No waiting time, and no fee.
When I used Paypal to buy something, the transaction always goes instantly. I wonder why they can't just pay us with Paypal instead of e-check that is super slow? |

Unfortunately that's the way Paypal works.
Maybe you should contact BG and they can explain to you
why Paypal is holding the check. It happened to me the first
time so I changed my payment type to check.
