Is anyone else entering Word of Mouth at Miami art Basel? my entries went off today for it! Word of Mouth is hosted by Brian Burkhardt and Gallery Diet.From the Website: "Word of Mouth is a conceptual endeavor to indiscriminately show the work of emerging and under-recognized artists. By implementing a standard size limitation, Word of Mouth allows work from all levels of the professional spectrum to exist side by side. My intention for this project is that it become a permanent traveling exhibition of sorts, where the name Word of Mouth will become synonymous with opportunity and innovation. I don't know how it went to be honest! I have read in articles that while the prices were crazy in the main areas the better buys were in the Bridge art fair section - it was more accessible for everyone too.. |
