I made my FIRST sale on-line yesterday.

Now this certificate of authenticity thing is confusing me. I suppose I am supposed to sign on the form provided by BG, but I cannot locate such thing.

BG customer service is closed for the weekend, and I am getting anxious to know how that works without waiting for the customer service to be open on Monday.

If it's not too much of trouble, I would like to know how BG's COA works. I looked everywhere, but I couldn't find any info.

Thank you.

Momoko,
When you receive the order from the sale......there will be a COA attached to it. Just click and print it out. If for some reason, you recently clicked onto the "NO" for the COA.....that could be the problem.

Thank you so much! I found it. I didn't scroll down far enough, that's the problem.

You are welcom. This was a good way to seek an answer over a weekend!
