I find my paintings are the best when I paint those things that I love or are apart of my life. |

Pluss the more art you make the better you can get, you may also find other techniques that inspire you. |

staying true to yourself and your art is the most important thing - don't look at it in terms of 'pictures of cute kittens sell so perhaps I should paint those', unless that is your passion of course!
what seems to work- get the word out, do use showcase promotion and stuff but mostly keep creating art is the most important thing! the more works you have, the more chances you will have that ideal work for someone. I think of it like matchmaking (song included) - you want to introduce people to their new love. the more you paint and upload, the more you improve and the more works people get to see.
if you are still having difficulty maybe take a look at your pricing or shipping, factor in time and materials, size and what others in your medium and at a similar stage in your career are doing.
I hope that helps! |

I am struggling to get even one painting to sell and I've been on Boundless since July. You can imagine how frustrating this is. What has been your experience? What are you doing that is positive? What sells? Thanks |
