Cesar - to get the extra pictures, you just need to add them to the listing on the "edit piece" page under "images". #'s 2 - 6 are the 5 'tiny' pictures.
Jitske - to get a photo of your piece in a room, you'll need photoshop of something, where you can 'cut & paste' your piece on top of a photo of a room. |

O.K. Thanks! Good idea, I'll put the their website under each print description.
Hey...what about those tiny pictures...how does a "simple" guy like me figure that out?? |

Cesar, since the boundless gallery website allows only specific templates and only sales through the site, I don't think you can add an ACTIVE external link on the picture pages, however, you CAN write the link in the picture description and the buyers can copy and paste it on their browser. You can also put this link on your profile. In any case, the text used for the website is the same as on your boundless gallery page, I don't think you can change that either, it is being automatically imported, so you'll need to add those links on your BG pages. As to the question does BG allows these external links - that I don't know, you can try! |

Jistke Kelly, I'm glad that you asked your question, it's enlightening for the new BG artist to know how this works because I was confused at first too.
What i would like to know is how everyone gets their painting in those tiny pictures featured at the bottom of each photo example showing their painting in different angles, some close-up, from the side, in a room, etc...
I'm sure this is very elementary, but this question is coming from a non-computer savvy guy, still on the treadmill trying to catch up with high tech!! |

Yes Iris...I mean my webpage, as an alternative framing idea next to each print.
Do you know how I can add that link??
If BG wanted to add this framing company to their framers it would be nice to have a selection if framing co. for clients to select from. |

Boundless provides 'view in a room', one can upload a picture of their own room at home. If you want to make your own picture, you can do it with a photo editor such as photoshop, where you paste the painting picture over a room photo. With the use of layers (meaning - each picture is a separate layer that can be edited) you can adjust the size and angle, and add shading and embossment to the picture, to give it a 3d illusion. you'd need a basic photoshop skills (or other photo editing program, I'm not familiar with others though). There are some online tutorials, and some books on the subject, and some helpful forums on picture editing. |
