Hey Laurel Congrats on your first car! Does soft top mean its convertible? I can imagine you breezing through the traffic with your hair flying in the air and maybe Axel enjoying the breeze in the passenger seat....enjoy your freedom:)
I remember 3 yrs.back when we came to US I was not comfortable driving especailly the left hand drive. Cars in Asia are right hand drive so driving on the other side of the road was a challenge for me. Besides inspite of always having a car in the family, I rarely got to drive as the Public transport in Singapore was excellent . So had to overcome my fear of driving in addition to the unknown roads. Eventually I have got used to it now. I know you will too. Goodluck! |

Hope you are all well! I'm guessing the weather is far too nice for you Americans to be in chatting.
My Ti Chi is progressing well Iris. Had a nice breakthrough in my singing technique, so I'm sure it's helping. It's a very nice way to start and finish the day. Kind of gives you a purpose, rather than just falling randomly through the day LOL!
Just bought my first car here in Switzerland. It's a soft-top. So, it's been such fun driving with Axle, his ears flapping in the wind in the back. He doesn't quite understand how the roof does that yet. Nor do I! But it's great fun. Especially in this weather we've had, driving through the beautiful countryside of yellow Oil Seed Rape. And the smells! Little bit nervous at the moment though, driving on the other side of the road is all a bit complicated. |
