Last month I received an email from Boundless telling me that I needed to register my domain name for another year.
So I went through all of the steps, and tried to pay them.

Then I received the following message: Thank you for completing your purchase. We are currently processing your domain name registration request and will notify you upon completion. Please feel free to continue managing your account. Your website will always be available at http://hilarywinfield.BoundlessGallery.com.

I've had the same domain name for the past year, and I wanted to renew it for another year. It was www.hilarywinfield.com.

I sent Boundless two messages (in response to their email) last month, trying to follow up, and haven't yet received a response. I went to check my website this morning, and it is no longer my website. Someone has registered it to market their art, among other things.

My business cards list this website, and most of the marketing that I've done over the past year lists this website.

I am going through several of my art listings and changing the website to the one listed by boundless in their message, but this is absolutely frustrating.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

Hillary,

I have another problem with BG. At 4 in the morning I was up, because I'm sick and I had high fever. I couldn't sleep so I logged in my account. I tried to check my statistics and surprise:### This feature is reserved for paid members. ### This is the message that I have from BG. This is crazy. I paid my full membership on March 1, and the old one expired yesterday. I emailed them, and they told me that everything is ok with my account. How can be everything ok, when I'm still unable to check my statistics.
What is going on BG?

I just went to the new website; www.hilarywinfield.boundlessgallery.com, and clicked on a link to take me to my portfolio, and was redirected to the www.hilarywinfield.com website! I'm furious!

I had a difficult week, my daughter was sick, I am sick, in the weekend I had a car accident.....and now this. We are paying to be here and I don't need this answer to my question :"We'll need to check into it on our end of things but there is nothing for you to worry about." Really?!!

Adriana, I am so sorry to hear about your week! That is truly the definition of a bad week. Yes, this is very frustrating and
I agree with you.

I've confirmed that noone can visit any of the pages on my boundless website, except for the homepage, without being redirected to ANOTHER WEBSITE.

Hey guys, I've got answers for both of you.
Hilary, the problem with your domain was that you clicked "I already have my own domain", and then you didn't have to pay to renew it because the system thought you already owned it. Now, this is totally horribly bad text on our part, and for that I'm sorry. In my defense this is something that pre-dates my being here, and something we will fix very soon. The good news is that you were never charged anything, and your website is still available. That junk on their at the moment is just what they fill sites with when the name expires. We will take care fixing this for you in support.

Adriana, your problem is a new one, that somehow happened when your plan expired. I saw what Nolan wrote and saw in support, and it wasn't clear that your stats were still not showing up. We checked your account and your listings and it appeared everything was fine, but we will get it fixed asap now that we know there is a problem.

I really don't mind answering things in here guys, but I wasn't a member of this group, and it is much harder to keep track of things in here, so I think we can serve you best when you email support.

Thank you for responding so quickly Luke!

I did email customer service as well as web-site support, with several different messages about this issue over the past few weeks, to try to clarify what I needed to do and what was going on. Because I haven't received a response yet, I panicked when I saw that I no longer had my domain name, and that my customers were being redirected.

Thanks for your help in resolving this. :)
