To a true artist only that face is beautiful which, quite apart from its exterior, shines with the truth within the soul.

Bare with me, got derailed by some of life's urgent "stuff', however I did walk two evenings this week. Guess that doesn't count towards getting up early! Oh well, I'll try again. It is 1:45 am as I'm writing this, if I don't fall asleep at all, I will be early!

Hey Jitske,
I am glad to hear that. It is good to have good habits. I personally had to challenge myself waking up early, and it took me some hard work and determination to get that fixed. It helps to live longer, and by the way people that I see in the park early morning are always more cheerful and seem to be better people.
Laurel,
Switzerland is one of those placed I love to see. You must be lucky to find your interest in life. I like Jazz music. Saxophone sounds great! |

That sounds lovely Jitske and Mehran, walking round the village at sunrise, or the park -when you have the whole world to yourself.
It's true I always have a better day if I get up earlier. And I love that stillness, it reminds me of the stillness you get here in the woods here in Switzerland. I love the woods so much here. A kind of joy fills my body and soul, it's the same feeling I get when I look at my new saxophone now, too! |

I am not an early riser at the moment. I live in a small town, and a river runs through it. Walking around the river at 6 in the morning used to be a favorite activity of mine. I've been meaning to pick up that habit again. Trust me, it has been too long! I am resolved to be up and walking early tomorrow, it is as good a day to start as any! Keep you posted! |

I usually find many things inspring in my life among which a good relationship with nature plays an important part. An early morning brisk walk in a park while watching all kinds of greens and birds can fulfill my satisfaction until the end of the day.
Are you an early riser? |
