Hey Everyone, Hopefully the rules and info pages explain everything clearly. I tried to vote, when I clicked on the email confirm link or copy it, the webpage says this....• The code you have given does not match the one on record. Please check the link in your email again. Do not try to type the link, please copy and paste the link. What is up with that? Barb Furlong |

Hmm.. I'm not sure, I know those links are extremely long, so is it possible that the entire link didn't get copied? Look at your email again and see if some more of the link went onto the next line.And on the ballot box on your page there should be a link to resend a cnfirmation email if needed.Hope that helps, email support if you cant get it, and we'll figure it out for you. |

I tried and tried but it does not work. I even did it in Internet Explorer and in Netscape browser as the IE does not work well for your site. |

Hey I had to laugh at someone today....they sent me a email asking for my vote....but they had denied my friendship earlier...I had thought they had cool stuff....so do you think they got my vote.........I do love all the stuff that Boundless is doing as they are really trying to help all of us! |

That error message was really the only error, everything was working properly, it was just displaying a dumb message when someone who had already confirmed their email clicked that link a second time. Everything should be smoother now :) |

I had an issue with that too Barbara with one of my voters. Funny you had someone ask for your vote but deny your friendship. I had an artist (who is very popular on the site) message back and forth with me for awhile. Very "friendly"....but she denied my friendship request. I was actually going to buy one of her pieces (I collect too!)......Someimes people just dont think.....Sharon |

It is interesting at times....I have had two now that denied my friendship by mistake and now can't redo it, I just told them to contact boundless as I could not do anything about it on my end. I think that people at times just don't understand the friendship program, even the artists as I have had ones that I wanted to add as I like their work, and they just did not want to. Networking is really the name of the game in many ways. Here at Boundless I am learning about art I would never of thought about at first and that is good. It makes us grow in many ways. |
