This is an agreement between you the reader, and/or the party you represent and BoundlessGallery.com. Therefore "you" hitherto refers to both the represented and representative parties. By agreeing to this contract you affirm you have read and understood the following as well as assert that you confer upon BoundlessGallery.com to the following rights and responsibilities. You assert understanding that the following transaction is a transaction made between you and PayPal.com. As such BoundlessGallery.com assumes no role in this transaction. You also agree that BoundlessGallery.com is therefore not responsible for or arranging the transfer of funds or goods between you the buyer and the seller. |
